Position Summary

Kensington, the technology division of ACCO Brands Corporation (NYSE:ACCO), has a current career opportunity to join our US Sales team as an Account Representative for our National Solutions Provider (NSP)/Direct Marketing Reseller (DMR) sales channel in the Chicago, IL area.  

 

This specific US Sales Account Representative role within the Kensington business will provide constant and consistent sales expertise to the assigned accounts(s) as follows:

  • Support contact for all account managers at all locations
  • Support sales leaders and other team members on floor days/ café days and all training activities
  • Communicate promotions, rebates, spiffs and all incentive plans
  • Conduct end-user calls to support account managers and field reps
  • Support inside sales and account managers to close leads
  • Analysis of run rate report and inventory levels
  • Conduct sampling initiatives to build demand generation pipeline
  • Drive product awareness and strategic initiatives with channel partners via training and marketing campaign execution to grow revenue

Up to 30-40% travel requirements, mainly within the Chicago area and/or Mid-West.

Position Qualifications

Required Education and Experience 

  • A BS/BA degree from an accredited university or college is preferred; and/or
  • A minimum of 1-2 years sales or relevant industry / company experience in high tech sales calling on B2B sales channels
