ACCO Brands is seeking an e-commerce focused Direct Marketing Manager in our Kemper Lakes, IL location. The Direct Marketing Manager is responsible for growing the value of our existing customer relationships in consumer and business markets, centered around various websites. Our existing customers are our greatest asset and the manager will be responsible for increasing the value of each name. From turning prospects into customers, to increasing the frequency of re-orders, to cross-selling on our web sites, you will ensure that our consumers receive the right and best experience to fit their needs and to keep coming back.
This role will be very involved in the growth of ACCO’s direct marketing program. A candidate for this role must be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills in concert with the technical skills to drive direct marketing campaigns using database marketing and marketing automation systems. Key performance indicators include customer lifetime value, retention rate, reactivation rate, prospect-to-customer conversion, and universe engagement and activity.
