ACCO Brands is seeking a Manager, Walmart E-commerce Sales & Marketing focused on ACCO’s business growth strategies and execution at and across Walmart-owned e-commerce businesses. Based in ACCO’s Lake Zurich Headquarters, the role will serve as the key contact to Walmart’s online Category Specialists focused on product assortment planning and sell-through for both 1st party (1P) and 3rd party (3P) businesses. Additional responsibilities include item set-up implementation, supply chain oversight, performance measurement and collaboration with digital marketing team members on marketing programs. This role has P&L responsibility with the opportunity for significant impact to both customer and ACCO sales and profitability. Expectation is that the candidate will possess E-commerce sales and marketing experience that includes business and customer relationship skills to maximize productivity and performance of ACCO’s branded assortment on all sites and storefronts.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with online Category Specialists; understand their goals and interactions with Walmart Store buyers, support in-store items and offer additional products to meet needs.
  • Devise a strategy and manage an ongoing plan for product implementation to maximize revenue for ACCO’s Direct and Indirect eCommerce sales.
  • Review all items recommended for set-up with Supply Chain, determine how item will be fulfilled, ensure forecasts are entered and confirm timing of product availability.
  • Submit items to Walmart E-commerce and ensure accurate and timely implementation.
  • Coordinate weekly reporting and monthly dashboard reporting on POS sales, shipments, inventory and status of item, whether 1P or 3P.
  • Collaborate with E-commerce Channel Marketing and Category Specialists to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive incremental sales volume for both in-store items and high-performing online items.
  • Collaborate with 3P Marketing Manager for seamless implementation.
  • Other sales and marketing projects as assigned to support business growth.

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 yrs experience in eCommerce Marketing and/or Sales role
  • Previous Product or Channel Marketing experience preferred
  • Must be able to interpret and apply marketing analytics, demonstrate strong business acumen and customer relationship skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to present actions and findings to cross-functional partners and senior leadership
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Travel up to 15%
