We are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in our Booneville, MS contact center direct to business and direct to consumer group.

 Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Handle incoming customer calls with expedience and proficiency within the company standard.
  • Enter service orders including new customer set up with accuracy and proficiency.
  • Provide all pertinent information regarding service orders including resolution follow up to service technicians, customers or sales representatives as needed.
  • Maintain current and accurate customer profiles and/or service maintenance notes.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of ACCO products, policies, procedures and systems.
  • Proactively promotes products, services and company's value proposition to customers.
  • Maintains high activity level with current customers and prospects on a daily basis via telephone and email, and other modes of communication as appropriate.


Position Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years prior Customer Service Call Center experience or comparable experience required.
  • Ability to work independently and with little supervision preferred.
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize work preferred.
  • Ability to handle high call volume with low abandon rate preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of PC/Computer Systems including but not limited to Windows and Microsoft Office required.
  • Oracle/SAP experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal skills and written communication skills required.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, dependability and the ability to work well in a team environment required.
  • Demonstrate ability and track record of achieving goals or objectives preferred.
