    ACCO Brands Corporation ("ACCO") is seeking an Entry Level Inside Sales Represetnative in our Booneville, MS location to identify and help generate new, high-quality sales leads to support our inside sales team. The ideal individual will be a creative, passionate, highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.

     Your Role:

    • Perform lead prospecting to develop sales opportunities
    • Proactively conduct research to identify potential prospects and target markets for new business
    • Manage day-to-day customer interaction in our CRM (e.g. SalesForce.com)
    • Responsible for keeping current with industry and product knowledge
    • Be a part of a close-knit team to drive organizational success
    • Other duties as assigned

    Position Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required
    • Lead generation or related selling experience preferred
    • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
    • Demonstrated ability and track record of achieving goals, objectives and targets
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required
    • Experience with sales automation tool or CRM preferred
    • Excellent customer communication skills to include strong listening, verbal and written communication required
    • Strong professional presence and presentation skills
    • Must possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
