    We are looking for Business Development Manager!

     

    As a West Coast Business Development Manager, you will work with existing and new customers to improve Kensington’s market position and achieve sales growth. You will focus on strategic vertical markets and support long-term organizational strategic goals as well as build key customer relationships while identifying and winning key business opportunities.

    You will have strong strategic planning skill as you will develop the pipeline of new business coming in to Kensington.

    You will:

    • Develop pipeline opportunities within vertical markets to meet company growth expectations.
    • Focus on Healthcare, Financial and other vertical market customers.
    • Utilize SalesForce to track, develop and close pipeline opportunities.
    • Set up meetings between customer decision makers and Kensington product management.
    • Develop, execute and manage programs with existing regional VAR customers.
    • Suggest and present new product needs to product management team.
    • Submit weekly pipeline progress reports utilizing SaleForce.
    • Provide forecasts and ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within SalesForce.

    Position Qualifications

    Education:

    • Business development management positions require a bachelor’s degree;
    • 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience
