    • We are looking Sales Manager, K12- Western Region

     

    As a Sales Manager, K12- Western Region, you will work with existing and new K12 customers to improve Kensington’s market position and achieve sales growth. You will focus on the K12 strategic vertical market and will support long-term organizational strategic goals; as well as building key customer relationships while identifying and winning key business opportunities.

    You will have strong strategic planning skill and develop the pipeline of new K12 business for Kensington.

    You will:

    • Focus on K12 Business Development
    • Develop pipeline opportunities within vertical markets to meet company growth expectations.
    • Focus on K12 vertical market end user customers.
    • Utilize SalesForce to track, develop and close pipeline opportunities.
    • Set up and lead new and existing focus group meetings to include K12 customer decision makers, associated VAR’s, DMR’s and Kensington sales and product management.
    • Install, follow-up, and manage installation of model classrooms and sampling program
    • Focus on the Top 50 West Coast K-12 District
    • Develop, execute and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) with existing and new K12 end user customers.
    • Regional K12 tradeshow management
    • Use this intelligence and focus groups to suggest and present new product needs to product management team
    • Submit weekly pipeline progress reports through SaleForce.
    • Provide forecasts and ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within SalesForce

    Position Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade, influence and build relationships with customers

       

      Excellent public speaking skill, networking skills and persuasion skill
    • Strong closing skills
    • Ability to identify customers’ needs and challenges
    • Self-motivator, meeting Sales Goals, strong internal drive and work ethic
    • Demonstrate ability of Sales planning, territory management and
    • Solid working knowledge of SaleForce
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM
