    We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team to support our Derwent Brand in Kettering, OH. This Marketing Manager will work with one of our global brands across North America and Latin America. This person will develop, implement and execute the strategic marketing plan for the USA to drive incremental and profitable sales, as well as encourage brand awareness across multiple channels. They will analyze consumer insights to drive new product development and targeted communications.


    Key responsibilities include:

    • Oversee and manage the overall USA brand and consumer propositions across different channels.
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop brand initiatives to grow brand awareness amongst our target consumer segments within assigned region.
    • Assist and oversee the GTM launch plans for new products, working closely with marketing teams globally.
    • Assist in developing retailer specific initiatives and/or customer product exclusives to drive sell through on and off line with ROI analysis.
    • Support the ACCO regional teams by providing planograms, trade presentations and other trade marketing support.
    • Work with the Business Development Manager and the central team to explore new channel development developing appropriate propositions and GTM strategies.
    • Collaborate with the central Digital Marketing team to develop and execute relevant content for product websites, develop and execute localized content for social media, and syndicate programs to key retail partners.
    • Effectively manage A&P budget, track quality issues, and manage customer feedback.
    • Track and assist in the development of regional pricing strategy, including street pricing, promotions, and Amazon strategy.
    • Briefing and managing regional market research projects, competitor and market analysis.

    Position Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required in a related discipline (marketing, business management, communications, etc.)
    • 7-10 years of experience of progressive marketing and/or sales experience required, preferably in consumer and/or trade industries
    • Must have the ability to work cross functionally within a matrix organization, influencing decisions and driving the business
    • Possesses strategic ability, an analytical mindset, and a results-oriented perspective
    • Good organization and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
    • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation skills
    • Adaptable and flexible
    • High degree of self-motivation and the ability to multi-task
    • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Ability to travel 20% of the time required
