    Kensington, which operates as the technology division of ACCO Brands (NYSE:ACCO), is seeking an eCommerce Specialist - Amazon. As an eCommerce Specialist, you will be a key team member in development of product category, channel and eTail strategies; you will directly support key customer initiatives through data and market analysis. You will help with all aspects of online product sales by working with the internal sales and marketing teams. Amazon.com will be the primary focus of this role but you will also work on other eTail accounts.

     

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Setup new skus with eTail partners, coordinating with internal operations and marketing team
    • Monitor pricing and availability on priority skus
    • Update features, titles and other sku content to increase SEO and to best set end user expectations
    • Maintain promotional roadmap calendar and budget, analyze promotion results and provide input into campaign planning
    • Monitor and track customer questions and product reviews and provide feedback into product development and marketing
    • Work cross functionally with supply chain and operations teams to ensure sufficient inventory for the eTail forecasts, identify and communicate potential supply gaps
    • Manage Amazon AMS campaigns, optimizing ROI, and provide analysis and reporting

    Position Qualifications

    Qualifications:

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
    • 1+ year of Amazon Seller Central experience
    • 1+ year working experience in professional business environment
    • Solid Excel skills, including vlookup, and pivot tables
    • Strong analytical skills and strong business acumen
    • Experience in category management, forecasting, inventory management, POS analysis is highly preferred
    • Strong organizational skills with a disciplined approach to managing processes on a day to day basis respecting defined authority levels.
    • Effective communicator capable of understanding both internal and external customer needs, independently driving issues to resolution, and communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Intellectually curious, analytical, impact driven, persistent, and not shy about sharing their opinions and recommendations
