    ACCO Brands is seeking an experienced Senior Reporting BI Analyst to support HR Operations in our Global headquarters. This position will be a key role in developing and advancing our human capital analytics and business intelligence reporting capabilities across the globe.


    Responsibilities include:

    • In partnership with HR Management, lead the data quality framework and governance for HR, including establishing enterprise standards and consistent process flow”
    • Work closely with the business management and HR teams to gather requirements and design processes to minimize data quality risks and proactively identify data issues
    • Locates and extract data from new data sources, finds new uses for existing data sources, structures and drives new data collection efforts, and provides recommendations on scaling new methods more broadly through the organization.
    • Write, maintain, and support a variety of complex reports and queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard and complex reports for on-going customer needs. Manage suites of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for global teams and higher management
    • Maintain data integrity in systems by developing and running audit queries, analyzing data and developing and implementing methods to ensure the root source data quality. Interprets data, finds patterns, and make business recommendations based on trends in data
    • Design BI solutions, translating complex requirements into optimal BI design
    • Develop user procedures, guidelines, training materials and documentation.  Train HR team members and new users on new processes and functionality
    • Create and maintain technical documentation for various systems, services, and business processes to include database and reporting procedures
    • Maintain awareness of current trends in business intelligence systems with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies. Examine trends in information systems training, materials and techniques 

    Position Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Technology, Business Analysis, or Data Governance
    • At least three (3) years of experience working with data analytics, data warehousing and data modeling
    • Experience with dashboards development a plus
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint required
    • Strong analytical, attention to detail, organizational, and core project management skills. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
    • Demonstrated ability to be successful in a team environment, to think analytically through complex business issues, resolving through system capabilities
    • Demonstrated ability to work confidentially and independently with all levels of the organization
    • Excellent prioritization, time management and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple demands with proven results
    • Proven ability to facilitate system resolution with upstream vendors and interfaces between vendors
    • Ability to think laterally with high levels of persistence to solve problems
