    ACCO Brands Corporation ("ACCO") is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in our Booneville, MS location to identify and help generate new, high-quality sales leads to support our inside sales team. The ideal individual will be a creative, passionate, highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.

     

    As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

    • Performing lead prospective to develop sales opportunities for Kensington Customer
    • Develop and follow up on leads from event and tradeshows
    • Support Enterprise & K12 end user sales teams
    • Manage day-to-day customer interaction in CRM
    • Heavy call volume
    • Interact with customer through email and phone
    • Sample follow-up
    • Bid process support
    • Sales Force and POS prospecting

     

    Position Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required
    • At least 2 years of proven inside sales experience
    • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
    • Demonstrated ability and track record of achieving goals, objectives and targets
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required
    • Experience with sales automation tool or CRM preferred
    • Excellent customer communication skills to include strong listening, verbal and written communication required
    • Strong professional presence and presentation skills
    • Must possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
