    This is a key leadership position for ACCO’s new business initiative providing visual communication and collaboration tools to the architect and design market (A&D). This individual will be responsible for leading sales, marketing and brand management for this new business segment.  A key element of this role is establishing our rep group partners in select major metro markets nationally, as well as developing our dealer network.  This individual will have responsibility for all market facing elements for this exciting new business including brand and website.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Work collaboratively with VP Global Product Innovation to drive high level strategy and key tactics for this business.
    • Lead a newly formed team including Product Marketing and Brand Management functions.
    • Execute the business strategy including Sales Plan and full P&L accountability for the A&D business.
    • Work collaboratively with Design, Engineering, and Customer Service to develop innovative product and service solutions.
    • Lead dedicated website and digital marketing strategy for this business segment.
    • Assess competitive landscape and identify ACCO’s unique point of differentiation and strategic product fit.
    • Negotiate agreements on behalf of ACCO Brands with dealer and representative groups.

    Position Qualifications

    • 5 to 10 years successful track record in Marketing and/or Sales in the A&D channel for commercial furniture, furnishings or related. Strong knowledge of industry practices and dealer channels.
    • Strong, well-rounded business acumen and ability to operate comfortably in fast-paced, high visibility role.
    • Comfortable working in highly collaborative environment and interacting with all levels of management including C-Suite.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Bachelor’s Degree minimum
    • Travel: 30%
